RELAX is a simple yoga flow that releases tension from your body and mind, whilst resting attention calmly on your breath. You drop the stress and feel all-over revitalised.
Wonderfully uplifting summer playlist to accompany this chill out flow. Followed by a guided meditation and deep relaxation to bring it all home.
This extended yoga flow is based on the principles of Strala yoga and will begin with an introduction to help you find this easy capability, whether on a yoga mat or living your life. We will put it all into practice as we flow.
Discover a way of moving, being and healing to release tension and move through challenges with ease. When you find ease in effort, your body and life become very capable and strong. You become an expert in creating space in your life for peace, creativity and inspiration and all-round feeling great.
Strala yoga combines the movement wisdom of tai chi with the forms of yoga, tai chi, qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as a way to help people release stress, heal, and move more easily through all kinds of challenge.
