This 90 min. class will renew your zest for life after the dark winter days and leave you feeling fresh, revitalised, ready for anything.
This energising Yoga Flow Special will focus on shifting the sluggish feelings that can occur at this time of year through an invigorating yoga flow sequence to help clear your physical and energetic body. The flow will include plenty of twists and folds to improve circulation, flush out your internal systems, improve digestion and find a greater sense of ease in your body. Along the way, we will look at how to find softness and move from our middle as we flow.
The second part of this class will include more gentle restorative yoga poses, deep relaxation and guided meditation to continue your physical, mental and emotional reboot, restoring you on every level.
This uplifting Spring yoga practice will help you transition smoothly from one season to the next. You will leave feeling profoundly revitalised, and empowered to live life more radiantly!
Suitable for all levels of practice. Do Tree pose or your own kind of Shrub. Whatever you do…. make this yoga your own!
