I am a certified British Wheel of Yoga teacher with 14 years experience. Influenced predominantly , by Iyengar teachings, with a focus on detail and alignment, My holistic and dynamic approach also draws on many schools of yoga.
I love yoga as there is always something new to learn. I travel to India every year to build on my knowledge and to gain inspiration from my teachers. I truly believe yoga is for everyone and my classes reflect this. My lessons are suitable for a mix of abilities and positions can be modified to suit your needs.
I ensure lessons are always interesting and fun by focusing on the different areas of the body and finding different ways of doing this. When you leave at the end of the session I aim for you to feel more supple stronger, happier and calmer. If you have a passion for yoga or are a complete beginner you will always feel welcome..
