CLASS DESCRIPTION
Join Natalie on Tuesday’s for a special weekly Unwind meditation and DEEP relaxation session.

Cosy up and drift into a beautiful, blissful state using a combination of breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, meditation and a gentle guided relaxation to finish.

Take some time out for yourself to enjoy a peaceful hour of physical and emotional relaxation, helping you to get some much-needed respite from the stresses and strains of daily life.

Please bring a cushion and mat of your own and whatever else you need to make yourself cosy and comfortable.
